      While conventional water softeners are not designed for removing iron from the water, as their primary function is to remove water hardness. But there are several water softeners that have ad ons that help in iron removal. The Iron Blaster is the best bang for your buck. It has upgraded fine mesh resin and an independent iron filter built into the mineral tank in the form of a kdf 85 media guard. The Well Eradicator water softeners are a good choice as well.

    Purchased a Flex 5600 water softener unit I believe through Amazon but shipped directly from you about a year and a half ago. My brine tank has too much water in it, sometimes half full of water.

    Can you send me the steps/process of how to get it to what I believe is to be on about 11” of water?
